Contact Stories Nest
Stories Nest is a reading app for parents, with original bedtime stories and puppet-show scripts for kids aged 2 to 8. You can reach us with the form on this page, or by email at hello@storiesnest.app. A person reads every message and answers by email.
What can I write to you about?
Anything about Stories Nest: how the shelf works, something that is broken, your subscription, or a story you wish we had written. The form files your message under one of five headings, and picking the closest one is enough.
- A question: how a lesson works, which age band to pick, whether a script suits the puppets you own, or anything else you are unsure about.
- Something is not working: a page that will not load, a story that will not open, Listen stopping halfway, or a saved story that has gone missing.
- Pro and payments: Pro did not switch on after you bought it, you want to cancel, or a charge does not look right.
- An idea for the shelf: a story you wish we had written, a lesson we are missing, or a puppet your kid keeps asking for.
- Something else: press, schools and libraries, using the stories somewhere, or anything that fits none of the above.
Write to us
Pick the closest heading, tell us what happened, and leave an email address we can answer to. The form keeps a draft in this browser while you type, so a closed tab does not lose your words, and it clears when the message sends.
Rather use email? Write to hello@storiesnest.app.
What happens after I send a message?
It goes to our support desk and a person reads it. The answer comes back by email, to the address you typed on the form, so use one you actually check. We do not set a promised response time, and we answer as soon as we can.
We use what you send to answer you and for nothing else. A story's text, a hero's name, and what your family has been reading are never part of it.
Can I get help inside the app?
Yes. Open Settings in the app and look for Help and support. Signed in with a free account, that panel keeps your messages as a conversation and our replies land back in it. Without an account it shows the same form as this page.
How do I cancel or get a refund for Stories Nest Pro?
Pro is bought inside the iPhone and Android apps, so cancelling and refunds go through the App Store or Google Play, under subscriptions in your store account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you keep Pro until that period is over.
If a purchase went through and Pro did not switch on, write to us with your receipt and we will fix it by hand.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Write to us and we will close the account and remove everything saved under it. Deleting a saved story or show inside the app removes it from your device, and from the cloud too when you are signed in. Reading needs no account at all, so if you never made one there is nothing of yours to delete.
Can I use the stories at school or at a library?
Yes. Read them, print them, and perform the puppet shows for your family, your class, or any audience you are not charging: that is the whole point. Please do not republish the catalog elsewhere or sell it. If you want to do something else with them, write to us and ask.
Who am I writing to?
A person on the Stories Nest team. Stories Nest is an independent reading app for parents, started in 2026: we write and review every story and puppet-show script on the shelf ourselves, and we read the messages ourselves too.
storiesnest.app is our only site, and we are not connected to Google Nest or to any other product called Nest.
More questions parents ask are answered on the home page. See also the privacy policy and the terms of use.
